day1: sessions court heard plea regarding police/judicial custody and told its out of jurisdiction for bail plea

day2: approached high court - matter started hearing at 3pm to 5pm

day3: high court hearing 3 to 5pm

day4: high court hearing 12pm to 6pm 

just to get interim bail high court heard from all parties ( 3 accused, victim family)

order reserved  to Monday 3pm and said they r not blocking to approach sessions court ( dead lock)

day 5: moved arnab from quarantine center to terrorists housed jail Teloja

day6 today- HC rejected bail, went to sessions court heard the matter Police custody vs Judicial custody? CJM ordered 3 hrs interrogation in Teloja jail daily by Mumbai cops.

day 7: sessions court will continue hearing Judicial custody v Police custody tomorrow and BAil Plea

arnab won’t get bail plea tomorrow too from sessions court , looking at the current scenario. Maha Govt Planned Everything!

only solution to get out- Approach Supreme Court, they can be done only after sessions court rejects bail plea.

look how all these delay tactics and dead locks in the process.
