Hi guys, 

         My I 140 got approved through NIW. What would be the usual next step in GC process? Are there any resources about how to file H4 EAD.

what is your priority date ?

are you eb2 or eb3?

H4 EAD form fill cheyi..using c(26) category...

and ur 140 Number.

 is it EB2 / EB3? whatever it is , please stand in line..... for h4EAD , there are many online resource https://www.path2usa.com/h4-visa-ead-application-process

EB2 . 29 Jan 2020. I am planning on applying EB1 after writing few papers. I am in med field.
