The current count of PA does not include ballots received after election day. They are separated and not included in the count per PA supreme court order. The Supreme court ask them to separate and add them to the total during certification. Thatha wants to prove that some of those ballots are not separated and are included in the current count. They are finding ways to invalidate all mail in ballots by creating ("citing") a few examples and thus create chaos.
