There's no one-fit-for-all solution when it comes to nutrition - as you might have seen already. If I were you, I'd try these:

1. Increase fat macros - eating healthy fats keeps you full and helps with weight loss

2. Introduce carb cycling

3. If you're working on stubborn visceral fat, low intensity workout (like walking) on an empty stomach will help

I’m actually surprised at some nutrition experts strongly suggesting 60% carbs, that’s way too much kada...it’s hard to believe for me.  what is your opinion about this ?

Unless you're an athlete or you lift heavy weights, I don't think we need 60% carbs. I suggest taking healthy fats and protein as they keep you full.

Telsinde kada, there's a lot of bro-science :giggle: when it comes to nutrition and weight loss.

35 carbs-30 protein-35 fat is decent.

Makes sense. Plus carbs have too much water holding capacity, if someone has insulin resistance that could mess their metabolism big time.
