Unless you're an athlete or you lift heavy weights, I don't think we need 60% carbs. I suggest taking healthy fats and protein as they keep you full. Telsinde kada, there's a lot of bro-science when it comes to nutrition and weight loss. 35 carbs-30 protein-35 fat is decent. 1 Quote
