A lot of politicians are not educated, what is the disadvantage of making education (intermediate or degree), a requirement to contest in elections?

Mari education is it made available to everyone to start with? Corporate sectors ki icchi dobbaru antha. How many of the public schools provides good education to the needy?
first make education till 10th atleast free with no corporates and then we can talk about politics minimum qualifications. equality and equity representing majority of common peoples voices in democracy
