@sri_india Its optional, Nenu kooda alage chustha intlo ayithey, but when we go out, sometimes we don't understand the grill temperature, and  especially for mutton its hard to see if its cooked, so in that cases using thermometer is easy and will help, saves us from eating uncooked meat.
