Immediate kakapothe may be over few months get like 20k or 30k through individual persons i guess(they might accept at rate what dollar is..this way both have win-win)..but not sure if you get that much money deposted into ur bank account in US..it might raise concerns/scope for audit.. OR lose some money and get thru banks legally which will avoid all the risks

What will happen for people who have assets in India 🇮🇳 but wanted to settle in US ?? At one point in their life they need to repatriate all those money/assets back , that means lot of money will be lost in the process on fees/taxes, that’s too bad.let’s say he has inheritance of 20Cr then he is set to loose atleast 2-3 Cr during reparation process . @JambaKrantu please input your valuable advice.

Manadi eppudu reverse flow, US to India.

India nunchi US MS first sem fees tappa eppudu teesku raledu dabbulu.

But from what I know year ki 1 million varaku you can transfer from India to US but you have to apply for RBI clearance through your CPA after showing that you have paid taxes on that money. on that 1 Million there is a 5% surcharge so you will get $950000.

one person in my team is selling his ancestral properties in India as his parents are old and there is no one to manage them. He is settled in US since 1995 so his kids are all grown up and moved out and he doesn't have any motivation to move back to India.. From what he told me when you sell a property you have to pay 30 to 35% tax on the money you get as taxes. Another 5% as surcharge, so you will get around 60% of the property value when you transfer to US.
