That was clearly not the intention here. Basically if guys do mistake, mottam boys ni em anaru.  If a single girl does some mistake, they stereotype all women under one tag like you are doing now. 

For example if one woman is a bad driver, they lecture everyone saying women are bad drivers. But if one boy is driving bad, do you say men are bad drivers? 

FYI some of the greatest female mathematicians are whites.
