emi limit ledu only thing is robinhood platform sucks for options... no implication on h1b as long as you pay taxes ...

you can do with cash account any number of trades ... margin account ki 3 day trades

no issues on immigration macha what so ever....but if you do more than 3 day trades in a 5 business days you will be put on 90 days restriction with margin account.... best way is to convert your account to cash account and do unlimited trades with out maintaining 25k balance...

and that 90 day ristriction can also be request to be removed once in 180 days...

Thank you,  to ask you more questions i’m still learning about options trading. My portfolio is > than 25k but I don’t know what account i have. Margin account or cash account, do you know how can i identity this information?

dont do options first learn and adapt to play stocks only for a yr , only then slowly begin margin acct and then options

Basic (total cash no margin)

gold (margin provided)

gold with options enabled (riskier)

gold with options and  crypto (much riskier)

In any tier , if your acct has more than 25k portfolio value, then day trading isnt an issue (H1 dont matter)

under 25k untey , 5 day trades per week anukunta allowed limit.

Thanks for the detailed info. Being doing stock trading for few years now never did day trading or options trading. 
just trying to learn options trading and doing it on a very small scale like 1k and my portfolio is > 25k. I am assuming my account is basic with total cash.
