Land aquisition and rehab, submerge....all that CBN had to deal with these two issues but did he ? Massive failure...

Eatimated project cost...phase wise estimates create chesi, work percentage and bills pedithe...then a works ki related amount release avutundi...phased wise. And the cost ‘May’ go up or down as it is based on estimate.

tenders have been awarded already and initial bills have been cleared, what did exactly CBn did to speed up the project which was already running ?
