హైదరాబాద్‌ : తెలంగాణలో బాణసంచాను నిషేధిస్తూ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుపై దేశ అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం కీలక ఆదేశాలు జారీచేసింది. టపాసుల నిషేధంపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు శుక్రవారం మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును సవరిస్తూ గ్రీన్‌ క్రాకర్స్‌కు అనుమతినిచ్చింది. ఎన్‌జీటీ ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలు అమలు చేయాలని ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. దీపావళి రోజు 2 గంటలపాటు టపాసులు కాల్చుకునేందుకు అవకాశం కల్పించింది.  రాత్రి 8 గంటల నుంచి 10 గంటల వరకు అనుమతి మంజూరు చేసింది.  సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పుతో బాణసంచా వ్యాపారులకు ఊరట లభించింది. కాగా కరోనా వైరస్‌ నేపథ్యంలో క్రాకర్స్‌ను నిషేధిస్తూ హైకోర్టు తీర్పును వెలువరించిన విషయ తెలిసిందే. ఈ మేరకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి ఆదేశాలు జారీచేసింది. అయితే హైకోర్టు తీర్పును సవాలు చేస్తూ వ్యాపారులు సుప్రీంకోర్టలో శుక్రవారం లంచ్‌మోషన్‌ పిటిష

High court decision to arbitaryly ban all crackers was extremely stupid , what will happen to all those business which already invested with government permission

It was never TG Govt..

HC Single Way lo directed TG Govt to Ban based on a PIL .. without giving notices to either Govt, NGT or other related Organizations to file Counter or referral affidavits...

Actually bajr@ngdal or H!ndu organizations demand was Govt to bring Ordinance on HC Judgment (Similar to Tam!l's Govt Ordinance on Jallikattu against HC Order)...

But few media houses made it a Political issue and projected it was Dora who put a Ban and against H!ndu..

Notices ichi arguments tharuvatha Judgement ichi vuntae.. SC might upheld HC Decision.. Like SC supported Ban in almost 9 States this Diwal!

There are a total of six categories, which include: good (0-50), satisfactory (51-100), moderate (101-200), poor (201-300), very poor (301-400), and severe (above 400). NGT's ban will include only the cities falling in the last three categories.

Hyd is around 60.. Other areas in TG below 50
