Short films ekkuva and movies ki takkuva.. Content is not that good. I really don’t understand why do you want one language OTT. The whole concept of OTT is no language barriers . Middle eastern movie can be watched all over world on web platform.

The issue with one language OTT is they can reach upto certain point and cannot scale and existing people require the good content. Either they end up selling or into loss. If you want profit you can expect only average content. 

Lets wait for 2 yrs you will know about it.
