portability for AOS kicks in 6 months after AOS is filed. does not matter if i140 is pending or approved at that time. so revoke chesina does not matter after 6 months. you anyways have eb2 which was approved long back. so i personally dont see any reason to upgrade to premium

if your EB3 I140 is revoked by your employer after you do job portability before 6 months of I140 approval, how will you get EAD renewals?
