New York Governor Andrew Cuomo responds to Trump's statement about delaying delivery of COVID-19 vaccine to his state

President Trump spoke from the Rose Garden on Friday about the vaccine project Operation Warp Speed in his first public address since his projected presidential election loss. He said, "the vaccine will be available to the entire general population, with exception of places like New York State." The President continued, "[New York Governor Andrew Cuomo] will have to let us know when he’s ready for it because otherwise, we can’t be delivering it to a state that won’t be giving it to its people immediately.” In response to the comments, Cuomo said, "I don't think the FDA is going to play games at this point. So I don't anticipate any real issue."
