With regards to Voting frauds, though there was no substantial proof with regards to 2020 elections, but it looks like vote-fraud is nothing new to American politics.

1994 Pennsylvania Senate :: When Democratic campaign workers forged absentee ballots , Federal judge today took the rare step of invalidating the vote 
and ordered the seat filled by the Republican candidate.

Some election experts noted today that there have been many larger cases of voter fraud in Chicago and Louisiana in the 1970's and Alabama in the 1980's.
