GC EAD with PD2014

My Pd is 2014 November and I filed downgrade to EB3.Assuming my FAD will become current only after 10 years,should I continue on H1 using EAD as backup or is it safe to forgo H1 and use EAD only?Please advice.My next H1 extension is due after 1year

Continue using h1.. use ead only when your h1 is denied

In case 485 pothe its always as backup

Also if eb2 becomes current you can always shift back to eb2 if you for go h1 the problem is you change your status to immigration vs non immigrant on h1

You can’t eligible for H-1 extension as per new H-1B rules. So, eventually you settle with 485-EAD status.

Bro this is what i came to know, if you have used EAD which means you have abandon h1 then in case 485 denied aithey it will be considered out of status.
