No , what he said is true . No one will buy properties at full rate in auctions . Especially agricultural land . 

E auction antey you will have to register first ..nee details antha vallaki velthayi . They will try to convince you or cooerce you to drop out. If you don't listen and still go ahead they will just start a litigation after you won the auction .
