what does this mean?

Americans and other country citizens can apply for online E visa before coming to India. It’s an online process and I think 10 days lo Approve chestaru

why does the above statement on the  Indian Embassy site say except e-Visa?

Aa visas allow cheyatledu only foreign students, ppl coming for employment and business are allowed. Guess these visas are approved for a longer time and not short term like evisa or tourist

E-Visas are for 5 year with multiple entry..  this is the reason for my confusion...

My e visa Jan lo approved ..I can travel anytime ?

e-visa travel cheyalevu bro, they suspended all visas for traveling to India, taruvatha OCI allow chesaru, eppudu vere visas allow chesthunnaru except for e-visa nd medical visa. So you have to apply for OCI card or entry visa to travel to India
