Maldives resort offers $30K 'all-you-can-stay' package

A new offer from the adults-only Anantara Veli in Maldives will allow travelers to use the resort as a personal vacation crash pad -- but it's going to cost you.

The $30,000 package covers the use of a two-person overwater bungalow at the private-island property for unlimited use over 2021, with airport transfers and breakfast thrown in for good measure.

 

There will also be discounts on add-ons, which include Ayurvedic spa treatments, Maldivian cooking lessons and water activities like diving, snorkeling and surfing.

 

Country announced that a three-tier tourist loyalty program called Maldives Border Miles would debut next year.

call Yarta, MakemyTrip and Orange Tours (bangalore based)...give your requirements like how many days stay and your budget (imp factor). ask them to give list of few resorts and then google it for their videos/photos etc and then decide which is better for you. I recommend you stay in water villas all days....little expensive than beach front but worth your life time experience.

stay out of packages man. they take to same couple of resorts. if you want to try new resorts then you have to book yourself. try expedia and book you self. some days expedia gives 10% to 15% off coupons . use them. look for water villas and if meals and drinks are included.

if you are on budget , packages can offer mix of stuff like 2 days water villa and 2 days beach villa etc. since you wont be going again and again - i suggest put some money and take water villas. 

Tip - ask them if they can transfer you to a different resort for one day. they take you to some costly ones of theirs if they have less demand.

thanks for the info...any specific water villa which is recommended...i found centara water villa resort looks good...any other similar water villas like these??
