Yup been there twice, last time was Jan of this year.

Been to Tennessee center several times, not this year though.

I think now they are not doing any initiations for Shambhavi.

You can try the Sadhguru app bro, that has some free meditations.

you need to complete inner engineering completion program. usually they offered that in all the major cities in USA. not sure if they are still doing it now. or you can take IE total to start from scratch in Tennessee itself. 

you can start with isha kriya and keep it up for one or two months to see the difference until they start the programs. good luck
