Deletedid1 Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India on Monday inked the framework of an agreement to build a gigantic pipeline pumping natural gas to south Asia, a Pakistani official said. The initial framework agreement for the project named after four countries, commonly known as TAPI and valued at more than $3 billion, has been stalled due to war in Afghanistan.
