Tuglaq project is still yet to be finished after five years

Do we really need such fancy buildings for government offices ? 

What purpose does construction serve the public ? Does it improve the organisational efficiency ? 

The costs have overrun to 600+ crores last year itself from the initial amount of 300 crores .  A normal building which would be as functional as this fancy one would have cost 150 crores and would be finished in a year or two .

Absolutely right , such projects only make sense when our city has all other minimum level infra is built up like Singapore / London / paris  but Hyderabad is still missing lot of infra . Pure wastage of money. 

Tourism kosam ayithey india should focus on nature / spiritual  .  Why would foreigners care about such trivial bridges / building when they can go to middle East for the real deal .

Those cities had functional infrastructure already in place before building such projects .  

SF and newyork had all the highways , storm water drains , drinking water access even back then .  

Hyderabad Osmania hospital is in doldrums due to lack of maintenance .
