Paddy production backfired heavily , Telangana has neither the storage capacity or the consumption to get rid of it. 

Anyway this is offtopic , it's not negative propoganda , even BJP building vallabai patel statue is extreme wastage of money .

Government buildings ni choosi investors vasthara ?   Sodhara nuvvu chepina logic tho Dubai ki india kanna ekkuva investment vasthayi .

All I am meant was they could have built a conventional skyscraper which would be just as functional as the fancy one being built .
