H1B Transfer Question- Advise pls

My current (Company A) H1B validity

Starting Validity Date: 08/19/2019
Ending Validity Date: 08/18/2022

and new H1B (Company B ) Validity

Starting Validity Date: 11/09/2020
Ending Validity Date: 11/01/2023

I'm still working at Company A. would it be a problem if i choose to join Company B after 3 weeks or so? TIA

No issues at all you can safely join after 3 weeks , the day you submit i9 form in New company a roju matters
