my 2 cents of predictions, it is indeed a miracle to move EB3 to Jan 2015, there will not be any first DF dates moving any beyond this date at least in 2021, Final action dates move before anyone raises their hopes of further movement, unnecessary stress gets added

just hope FY 2021 2009,10,11 gets cleared first, those idiots are planning to waste visas, FY22 to spillover add ayye chances minimal due to Dems being in the game (at least until EC votes for new POTUS), lobbyists will be back in power, attorneys would not allow any further movement through the same lobbyists just like 8 yr rule in Gobama times

It’s up to you. I would wait until Sep 2015 and check how is the fad moving. If it is still stuck in 2011 then no point in downgrade.
