1) due to its requirement of extreme cold storage at minus 70 degrees Celsius
2) Cost(35$ per dose)

So what would be the best for India?
India should go with vaccines that require storage and transport in liquid form -- i.e. between 4 to 10 degrees Celsius -- and not the ones that have to be kept frozen.

Good news is Five vaccine candidates are currently undergoing clinical trials in India.
