No, BTech CSE at IITM costs 500$ for 4 years. BS at Stanford costs 250k for 4 years. But someone from IITM can be equally capable as someone from Stanford if not more. A lot of my classmates ended up getting ~100k jobs in the Bay area similar to folks from Stanford even though they only paid 500$ in tuition fee.
