If your WBC count is relatively high in CBP then its not due to viral infection. In fact post any viral infection WBC thagguthayi. . .

Can you also post the eosinophils and neutrophils count.

If the eosinophil count is too high? Whats the WBC comment(smear comment) at the end?  If it is "Eosinophilia" then it could be due to parasitic/fungal infection due to recent heavy rains and opportunistic intestinal infection due to antibiotics as part of covid treatment.

Post the other counts. . will suggest you some changes in your food habits.

Remember, "Food is the medicine as well as it can be poison" this is the reality. There is no pill for any ill, but there is a ill followed by every pill. Mark my words, hope you feel better soon. _-_

Neutrophil 64%

Eosinophils  3%

No worries, post infection recovery platelets count back avvataniki time padthadhi. .

You might have some bacterial infection in case if your taken antibiotics, in your case its adverse affect of antibiotics which is common these days.

Change your food habits. ..  Like give up honey, curd, corn, fish, moong dal, beetroot and some other foods for sometime, these are fermenting foods, these foods feed the intestinal bacterial overgrowth due to antibiotics you had for covid. The symptoms are being lethargic, nausea, running/blocked nose, tiredness and other symptoms.

Whatever your are planning to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner just google if that is FODMAP food. Lets say you want to have honey, just google "Is honey fodmap food" and then eat only if its not a FODMAP food. Slow induce low FODMAP foods. Start doing this and do it for 2 to 3 months you start feeling better within few days.

TB patch test or Quantiferon test chestara neeku? Aayasam may be a complication from latent TB post Covid rather than Covid alone.

Platelets and esr are high but you don't need to worry about that. It is the consequences of your breathlessness not the cause of it.
