Friends, my brother is planning to purchase a home in and around Cumming GA. could you please share some communities and areas he should look around ? any clues from db experts would be greatly appreciated.  Based on your connects, please do suggest places where majority of Indians are buying homes in Atlanta area.

North Fulton / Forsyth Counties have been preferred by a large majority for the last few years.

schools also good mostly , Exit 13 nunchi estart avutundi , prices high at Exit 13 , paiki pothe prices taggutay

If job in Atl , be prepared to commute for 1 hr in peak traffic in morning...

Housing ki ippudu demand baga undhi ee areas lo. Kotta ga house market loki vaste 24 hours lo offers vastunnayi ..

So, be prepared to be quick and spend little more

Anything from exit 10 on 400 to exit 13 on 400 illu nachite konukkotame.. Alpharetta, cumming, johns creek ekkadaina should be ok. I like Milton but it is very expensive like 1 Million+
