I know severl people who make 270 total comp with 5-7 years experience. Good profiles but maree topu turum kaadu. East coast lo vaallaki 150 kooda raadu. It makes sense for them to spend more, earn more in CA and enjoy other aspects that CA provides like weather, lifestyle, access to entertainment and outdoors etc.
