Canada visit visa rejected

what I feel for point 1 is I said future travel for h1b stamping and did not provide appointments confirmation due to COVID embassy open ledu kada I could not provide that 

point 2 ki I provided I797 dates with showing validity.

Can Dbians throw some light on this ?
