I never heard or tried it .asalu etla chestaru..YouTube lo videos lo potatoes tho chesaru..but some says tat it’s chutney made with senagapappu..

Can be used for all... Dosas, Idli, Chapathi, Poori best when served bit hot.

Its a Besan chutney or pitla as they call it locally is a quick recipe as a side dish..

It’s poor labourers food in Mumbai originally. besan flor onions etc vesi Oka binde water posi tippude. Deeni mana Telugu vallu potato vesi poori kurma la chesaru
