Chennai seems to be back on track but new projects are still on indefinite hold .

land rates are back to pre covid levels in core city but outskirts like ECR,OMR  are still lower 

Nellore city rates have increased slightly over last year .

Tirupati city rates are down by 5-10% , hotel/ travel industry is suffering since the flow of tourists is still severely restricted  

Tada(Sri city) demand back in full swing  .

Hyderabad never slowed down. Prices of plots and villas jumped by 20 to 30% this year..
