Using the loophole in the ROPA 1951, a person can become CM of 2 states at the same time for some time. How?

Suppose I am a resident of UP but a registered voter of Jharkhand.

In Jharkhand Legislative Elections - Suppose I am above 25 and I am a registered voter of any constituency of Jharkhand, I contested the elections and won, later appointed as the CM of Jharkhand the Governor of Jharkhand.

Suppose, the next Day after becoming CM of Jharkhand, The governor of UP nominated me in the legislative council of UP.

(Note - To be nominated in the Legislative council of a state, one has to be the resident of the state and not registered voter and the matter of the fact is that I am a resident of UP).

Now, Governor of UP appointed me as the CM of UP.

So, I am the CM of Jharkhand and UP at the same time.

But there is Article 190 in the Indian Constitution which debars any person from becoming a member of the state legislature of 2 or more states, So I have to left one seat within a time period as determined by the rules of President of India.

Even kukatplly folks think if their corporator is from tdp they won't have any voice in ghmc. Better to be congress or bjp instead of tdp. Thoka lo eeka avuthadu gelichinodu otherwise
