Jagan Govt To Move SC On Vizag Guest House!

The YSR Congress party government is contemplating moving the Supreme Court challenging the status quo granted by the state high court on the construction of a state guesthouse at Kapuluppada in Visakhapatnam.

According to sources, the Jagan Mohan Reddy government is planning to file a special leave petition in the apex court stating that the high court cannot interfere in the construction of the state guest house, which is a policy decision of the government.

“The construction of the guest house is purely an administrative decision and has nothing to do with the shifting of capital from Amaravati to Visakhapatnam. The high court cannot interfere in the policy decisions of the government,” sources said.

Not at all , capital shifting lo bhagam undhi ani PIL , high court ordered stay anthey .

There is plenty of space for a guest house there

They can , the petitioner said the guest house is part of capital shifting and hence govt cannot proceed . 

The judge believes petitioner is right and asked the govt for the plans and stay on construction indefinitely  until further proceedings

I Dont think SC shall encourage HC decision...

Administrative decision lo HC cannot interfere...  Besides AP Govt filed affidavit that Construction is for Guest House purpose as of now...

Govt ichina affidavit ni ignore chesi.. Naaku doubt vundhi Construction aapeyyi ani HC antae.. SC might definetly question HC - Govt Affidavit ni ela question chestharu ani

Future lo.. After Amaravath!-Vizag Capital issue resolve aiyyaka.. Govt might amend with Ordinance
