Baboru in 1999 was a Leader..  From Govt employees to MLA's - Baboriki oka Command vundedhi

But 2014/ 2019 was a Compromise/ Disaster..  Prathi dhaniki Expiry vunnattu...  Baboru governance was not as in 2000's. He is now covered by Bhajana Hub Which disconnects Baboru from Govt employees or Local Leaders and Getting him far from Ground Reality...

You seem to misunderstood , Amazon never presented any proposal to setup data centers in AP .

State government was willling to use AWS in extending government services through internet instead of hosting  own servers .
