Help .. suggestions needed

Lets say Ram person is working for Bofa (wfh)

parallely he got a new offer from Microsoft. (wfh)

Ram is already in contact (work) with few people from Microsft while he is working at bofa. Also he has regular meetings with Microsoft few people

Now question is .. If Ram accepts a new position(Microsoft) . is there a possibility these Microsoft guys with whom he is working while he is at bofa could findout he is also working for Microsoft?
