phatposts Posted November 23, 2020 Report Posted November 23, 2020 In terms of Legroom AI is good, but overall business class experience comes with the following factors: Airport experience : Checkin, Lounge, Boarding etc. In flight : Seat, Entertainment, Inflight Wifi, Food, Service Except for seat pitch - Airlndia sucks in every other factor. I flew AI, United, Emirates, Qatar, Etihad, Lufthansa, Turkish, Swiss, Thai and few other business class products. AirIndia business is OK within India but for a 2 hours flight I am not worried too much. Unless it is for parents who prefer non stops, language issues etc I will avoid AI Business under any circumstances. Quote
