For Bahubali , he abused the body...with this health conditions he pushed it to extremes and kidneys may fail when you keep taking high protein diet for months. 

Glad that he is normal now...

only with high protein one cant develop mass, per him in one of the interview for bahubaali both prabhas and rana had excess carbs and protein, then they devloped that huge body....it wasnt easy at all..they followed that loads of eggs, chicken, rice diet for years... kudos to that level of commitment to both prabhas and rana...
