No you are wrong. They skipped the financial analysis part and notice and comment part of the DHS speciality occupation rule. 100% confident that both the DOL and DHS rules will be assam by end of the year

I am no specialist in defining what is speciality occupation. But I assume what that meant would be is one should have creativity and talent on how to manipulate  @USCIS to get the H1b approved .
