It’s the region that has decided our culture and languages were flourished. Unfortunately, Andhras did not had a choice neither option. Quote

Mee formula prakaram either Uttar Pradesh people should have learnt English well or Brotishers should have learnt hindi well...Both did not happen. Same like Andhra. So the question, What is so special about this comparision ? Quote
