అమరావతి భూ కుంభకోణం కేసుకు సంబంధించి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన గ్యాగ్‌ ఆర్డర్‌పై సుప్రీంకోర్టు స్టే విధించింది. తదుపరి విచారణను జనవరి చివరి వరకు వాయిదా వేసిన సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం.. అప్పటి వరకు ఈ కేసును ఫైనల్‌ చేయవద్దని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. అమరావతి భూ కుంభకోణం కేసులో హైకోర్టు గ్యాగ్‌ ఆర్డర్‌ను సవాలు చేస్తూ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వం స్పెషల్‌ లీవ్‌ పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ క్రమంలో అశోక్ భూషణ్ నేతృత్వంలోని త్రిసభ్య ధర్మాసనం  బుధవారం దీనిపై విచారణ చేపట్టింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున సీనియర్‌ న్యాయవాది రాజీవ్‌ ధావన్ తన వాదనలు వినిపించారు.(చదవండి: మీ గ్యాగ్‌ ఆర్డర్‌ను సవరించండి)

‘‘నేరం జరిగిన తర్వాత దర్యాఫ్తు చేయవద్దా. విచారణ వద్దు, మీడియా రిపోర్టింగ్ వద్దు అంటారు. ఈ కేసులో అసలు ఏమీ జరగకూడదా. మాజీ అడ్వకేట్‌ జనరల్‌ కోర్టును ఆశ్రయిస్తే 13మందికి ఈ ఆర్డర్స్‌ ఎలా వర్తింపజేస్తారు. కేసు వివరాలు ఎందుకు వెల్లడి కావొద్దు. పిటిషనర్ అడగకుండానే ఇలాంటి ఆదేశాలు ఎలా ఇస్తారు’’ అంటూ దిగువ న్యాయస్థానం వ్యవహరించిన తీరును రాజీవ్‌ ధావన్‌ సుప్రీంకోర్టు ధర్మాసనం ఎదుట ప్రస్తావించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో ఏపీ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన గ్యాగ్‌ ఆర్డర్‌పై స్టే విధిస్తూ ధర్మాసనం ఈ మేరకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.
