Option to Connect Two Laptops to one Screen

One is Windows and and the other is MacBook ....  Is there a wa y to connect both of these to same screen and use same keyboard and mouse?

Nadi koda Win office laptop and mac for personal use bro. 
I connected HDMI to mac and windows laptop via display port to Monitor. You can switch inputs when you want the respective screen on the monitor. 

For Keyboard and mouse there are multiple options
- best one is Logitech MX Master series Bluetooth mouse and keyboard seamless switching between three devices. Bit expensive, but worth it. https://www.logitech.com/en-us/mx/master-series.html 

-Or Pick a bluetooth keyboard and mouse that can switch between devices easily, without much hassle.

Do they both have a USB - Connector?

The USB-C dock that you mentioned will work but you'll to shuffle between each of them depending on which one you want. Consider buying a USB C Extension cord to avoid moving the dock multiple times

so with this I can use two laptops at same time? without switching between them?
