HC declines to vacate stay order on data collection of properties for Dharani

Telangana High Court on Wednesday declined to vacate the interim order staying collection of data with regard to non-agricultural properties in the state.

Chief Justice states that the State government cannot compel a citizen of the State to register property details on Dharani portal 

The court wanted to know what happens to the Right to Privacy of the details so far collected by the State if the massive data is breached by even 0.1 per cent

Naa relative oka builder situation goram gaa vundi deeni valla. He sold all his units months back and majority buyers are bank loans. ippudu Registrations avvakunda banks won't release rest of the money. And he is paying huge interests on the money which he loaned and spent on project.
