Agree to this .. I had 5-7 beds this is the firmest one..

Ikea beds ki naku backpain vastundi , too firm for me , I got some mattress topper and they are ok now

extra firms are diff in usa.. i bought 2-3 faom mattress and throwed it.. only thing siited me ikea firm spring mattress

Yeah spring mattress better than foam

Use temper pedic firm or luxury firm. The best that you can have. Do not compromise on it bcz you spend atlest 8 hours on it. I use luxury firm temper pedic since 3 years after had to go to a chriopratic for couple of times for back pain. No issues so far.

+1 . first few months baney vuntandi..ippudu backpain..not feeling rested ee bed meeda. I am planning to change.
