I haven't tried, but heard its good and it does not require a subscription. However i don't think they have a professional monitoring. 

Initially I was leaning towards taking blink 3 outdoor for $150, but now considering to take Ring as they have professional monitoring(starting from $10)

I was initially looking at simplysafe/ring, my neighbor suggested Eufy and also saw it on the apple site.

Oh didn't know that. If that's the case I guess you can use your icloud as your security cloud storage (if apple allows).

Eufy does not have cloud i guess, just stored locally for 30 days.
