Interest rate 9% vundi..I am thinking to payoff.

After payoff, Bank vallu emi docs pamistaru?  I have no idea in this matter.please share your thoughts

Bank vadu oppukuntada nuvvu payoff chestha ante

u need to pay outstanding amount plus any pre closure charges (if applicable)

then bank will give u a document saying that ur loan account no.  is closed and u need to show this document RAC-PC office (in case of SBI bank) , then they will hand over ur house documents like original  registration , plan approval etc,.

You can but would suggest to do this if you are in India or planning to go for few days since it could be better visiting bank for the work. 

 

Pay off cheyyali ante principal pending amount clear chesi and preclosure charges untaayi konni bank adhi kuda and dhaani meeda 18% GST vestharu adhi clear cheyyali.. Speak to the lender and get it it calculated and decide. 

Once you ok to close and repay get No objection Certificate (NOC) from lender lender of loan closure. 

Take back all originals submitted to lender registration documents etc. for this visit to bank is preferred. 

Cheques ichi untaav ga take them back if not used

You can optionally take legal clearance certificate with lawyer but this will be handy if you want sale it in future.

Second option ask them recalculate and cut down the tenure by increasing emi and interest. 

Highly suggest that you get this clearance done in person evadiki appacheppodhu..
