You can optionally take legal clearance certificate with lawyer but this will be handy if you want sale it in future.

idanta kadu ani next year pay off chesa 

a extra 2 lk kattina for total loan of 15lk anuko

haha same nenu kuda lic ne  and 1.90Lac in interest so far and principal is barely touched. Thats why clearing it off

I did the same few years back... every month money pampali payments miss avva koodadu ani background lo Oka tension vundedi... kattesaka hai ga Vundi life...

Needi probably MCNR interest rate vundi anukunta...In case big loan amount and ikkada loan dorakapotey convert it to repo rate. I did the same thing this year and interest came down to 7.3 from around 9.5.
