No, Congress will remain the principal opposition atleast until next elections. 
 congress and trs are competeing for the same voters - poor and minorities and that vote bank if locked in between those 2 parties. Ideologically it is TRS vs BJP and congress has nothing to lose there. In Telangana there is only pro kcr and anti kcr vote. Anti kcr vote is backing BJP this elections as they see them as winning opposition but I don’t think congress is going away yet and at too many places congress is second to TRS and anti kcr people there will only back the winning opposition candidate which could be congress guy

GHMC la they are doing their work silently, vallakau confident  unna okka 20-30 seats baga focus petindru and unlike previous starergies. Will not be suprised if they even win 10-15 seats this time

Ohh okay, now I understood.. if BJP manages to get some seats in GHMC it will be a moral booster for upcoming elections and cadre full josh lo vuntaru make sense
