Tamil nadu administration is the best but state government is going to lose elections because pallanaswami is not a mass leader and they are going to give stalin a chance . 

Tamil Nadu Government employees are paid approximately 20-30% less than Andhra /Telangana , ayina better governance , public schools , public hospitals ,etc .
